Vacation Bible School not only provides a fun time of Bible learning for the children of Grace Community Church but is also an opportunity for outreach to the children in our community. We offer two VBS programs each year ... 

There is a one-day afternoon VBS on the Saturday BEFORE the March Break; and in the summertime, a five-day morning program during the second week of July. 

MARCH BREAK - CLUB VBS

This year our Annual March Break Club VBS Beach Blast is set for Saturday, 
March 14th, 2009 from 12:30 - 4:00 p.m. for kids ages 4-11.  God's word will teach the kids about Nicodemus and how they can be born again through Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior.  

The children may come in shorts, t-shirts, sunglasses and flip flops as we crank up the heat and have a blast! Please call the church for further information about this ministry.  Cost is only a loonie!

SUMMER VBS - PLEASE NOTE THAT THE 2009 VBS is postponed and will resume at a later date ....  please contact the Church Office for further details.

Our Summer VBS is for children 4 - 12 years of age. A Women's Bible Study is also offered for the adults who bring their children to VBS.  Nursery is provided for the women taking the Bible Study and for VBS leaders.

This year (as with last year) the curriculum was supplied by Augsberg Fortress, and our dedicated ministry team took the children on a "Quest For Truth"... Jesus being "The Way, The Truth and The Life!"  The fun began at Truth Quest Base Camp and continued as the kids dug up evidence at five fun Holy Land rotation sites.  Kids  explored through Bible Studies, Crafts, Games and yes, even Snacks.  Each day ended at Truth Rally where the kids sang, prayed and dug up final evidence of the day.
